How tO Enable The Console At In Game:
To enable the console, browse to and open the file … Documents/Mass Effect/Config/Bio/Input.ini
(the full location is mentioned above) in any text editor (Notepad, for example), but not with
rich text editor (Microsoft Word, OpenOffice Writer, WritePad, and the likes).
In the file you opened, search for [Engine.Console], and add the line
ConsoleKey=Tilde just under it. By default the [Engine.Console] section will contain:

Note: some keyboard layouts, specifically on non-US English layouts, the Tilde key will
map differently, and the game engine will not recognize the Tilde keyword. In this case,
you will need to select a different key, such as Tab, CapsLock, or any other to function
as the console key.
Bug: Please be advised that when you shut down your computer, or completely exit the game
for a prolonged period, the BIOInput.ini may be overwritten, and thus will not have the
GiveItem Self nSophistication Qa_SuperGun nmManufacturer Each command require zero (0)
or more arguments to be executed. The GiveItem code works the following way:
1#The GiveItem command – marked in bold text.
2#The Self keyword – indicates the target for the item (Use Target instead, when giving an
item to a squad member).
3#The Qa_SuperGun item – marked in bold text with the indication of the keyword string in
italic text. Indicates the item you want.
4#The nmManufacturer code – indicates the code of the manufacturer of that item.
5#The nSophistication number – represesnts the ‘level’ of the item, which is the roman numeral
(I, II, V, X, etc.) you see after the item name, but in the console is just a number (1-10).

The origin of the boy:
At the beginning of the game, when you are fleeing Earth, you can see the child you
will eventually talk to running away from Husks. Before you get to the part where you
see Husks climbing up the wall (the first time you shoot at something), you can see

Passing out in Purgatory:
When in Purgatory, go to the bar and have a drink. Then, have another one and one
more after that (three total without leaving). You will pass out and wake up moments
later, in Purgatory.
Imported Character Bonuses:
Here are the bonuses you can get from importing a Mass Effect 2 save file.
* Your level from Mass Effect 2 will carry over to Mass Effect 3.
* Your Squad Members will also start at the same level.
* You will get Squad Points to upgrade your Powers based on your imported level. If you
import a Level 30 Shepard, you will have 1 point automatically placed for you in one
Power, and 59 available to place at your whim.
* Your Paragon/Renegade points will bump your Mass Effect 3 Reputation meter up about
one quarter. Your Morality choices will be reflected.
Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back Reference:
On the side-quest where you evacuate some Cerberus scientists, the AA-Turrets fire a
path for the evac-shuttle through enemy fighters, then a voice announces, that the first
evac-shuttle has sucessfully started. This is followed by a cheer of the remaining crew,
like in the Hoth scene in Star Wars V.
The Hunt For Red October reference:
During the introduction sequence for the mission where you are about to land on Rannoch,
Commander Shepard is standing in the Normandy’s bridge talking to Joker about the fact that
there sure a lot of enemies out there. Joker laughs it off and says that with the Normandy’s
stealth drive engaged, the only way for the Geth to notice you is if you all start singing
